Genera Oy offers a comprehensive electronics manufacturing service. Our range of services covers a product's entire lifespan from design to delivery and maintenance of a finished product. We are able to manufacture both small protoseries that require flexibility and medium-sized series which require efficient production.

Our production facilities were renovated in 2008 and we have invested in modern and efficient equipment, which ensures a quick, high-quality and flexible production service. Surface mount placement is automated, including vapor phase soldering. By applying solder paste via the use of a jet printer without stencils, we are able to speed up the placement process. From the customer's point of view, this means that product development is quick, flexible and cost-effective as stencils are no longer needed. Placement machines can be used to mount almost any imaginable component from size 01005 onwards.

Vapor phase soldering ensures an appropriate soldering profile that meets the requirements of the product. Additionally, the quality of soldering remains good and consistent from one series to the next. We also use wave soldering in accordance with the requirements of the product. Manufacturing can be done with or without lead.

The personnel are also responsible for constantly monitoring the production process and product quality between different production stages.

Component acquisition makes up a significant part of the electronic manufacturing cost structure. We are happy to help our customers with component acquisition by taking partial or full responsibility. We can find the right components at a cost-effective price in accordance with the requirements of the product.
